[BUG] Changing behavior of Quick Action is not reflected in UI

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Obsidian settings
  2. “Mobile”
  3. Change “Quick Action”

Expected result

Quick Action UI should have changed

Actual result

Change is not reflected in UI. Restarting app fixes this.

is this happening in v1.4.3?

If so post a screen recording of this happening in vault with default theme and restricted mode on. Thanks
