I have played around a bit, and narrowed it down. It happens with links that I have pasted, with long press and then paste. I have the plugin that automatically searches for the link title to fill it. And it only happens with the live preview mode enabled, so I suspect it’s an issue of the live preview mode interaction with the plugin or something along those lines. I will just disable the live preview for now.
