Broken file when accidental computer shut down (blue screen, you know...)

Steps to reproduce

I was working normally taking notes on my obsidian vault as I normally do, when my computer showed the well known blue screen and shut down. When the computer restarted, I opened Obsidian to continue with my job and the file was full of red dots as it shows the screen capture I attach here.

Expected result

I would like to know if the file and everything was in there is possible to be restored
