Broken callouts when renaming files OR moving the file to another folder

This bug occurs whenever a link within a callout changes directory OR is renamed.

  1. Put a link to another note in a callout
  2. Rename the note OR move it to another directory.
  3. See results below.

I use callouts as footers for all of my files so this bug has ruined a lot of my notes sheeesh
