Block links in same note not working with tables

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Sandbox Vault.
2. Navigate to the table note or create a table.
3. In a table cell, create a link to a block in the same note that does not have an identifier yet.
4. See that the block identifier is not created causing the link not to work and block text not to be found.

Yes

Expected result

I would expect that the block I link to have a block identifier appended to make the link work but it doesn’t.

Actual result

The block identifier is not appended to the selected block.
