Black screen when maximized

Steps to reproduce

Open Obsidian
Click maximize or drag the window to the top of the screen to maximize it

Expected result

Obsidian takes the full size of the screen but still works

Actual result

Complete black screen (though it seems that it still responds whenever you try to do anything)

  • Operating system: ChromeOS’ linux (debian afaik but i might be wrong)

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Custom theme: for cosmetic issues, please first try updating your theme to latest. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the help vault or disable community theme and snippets.
Community plugins: for bugs, please first try updating all your plugins to latest. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the help vault or disable community plugins.

For chromebooks, we only officially support the android/mobile version.

That being said, have you tried with the default theme and in safe mode before filing a bug report?

Yes, I’ve tried. Whatever I do it still blackscreens

download and reinstall the latest version of obsidian, see if it helps.
