It would be great for the Go To File and Search commands to borrow functionality from each other, i.e. for Go To File to also display results within files, and for Search to include results in filenames.
Ideally, any keystroke not in Edit mode would invoke the Goto/Search functionality; at any rate, it would be nice if Goto/Search was the default action/receiver of keystrokes when no tabs are open (i.e. when on the No file is open’s New Tab).
Under my typical usage patterns the above would drastically reduce (1) the time I spend locating notes and (2) the number of required mouse actions, both upon startup and switching between notes.
