Hi,

I am running obsidian on OS X and use a lot of daily notes to organize notes taking etc. One thing I’ve not been able to integrate into my workflow is to handle screenshots that I take during the days. Any plugins or good way to organize so that screenshots etc goes into obsidian in some good way?

I use the plugin, “Ozan’s Image in Editor Plugin”, so when I paste a screenshot, I can see the image in edit mode.

While still in edit mode, I edit the image’s default file name to be something descriptive, usually something like “Note Title example.jpg”.

It’s kinda smooth:

  • ctrl-v
  • edit file name

The file name then alphabetizes the image adjacent to whatever note it supports.
