Beginner - How to collapse & expand text within circles using Obsidian & Excalidraw

What I’m trying to do

Hello All,
I’m completely new to both Obsidian and Excalidraw but got both of them for a specific purpose and I was hoping someone in here could help me figure out how to do it. Or if it’s even possible.

I want to create a visual selection of circles with different information inside each.
e.g. a mother circle with 6 - 7 sub circles within/under it. Each circle would have different text within. Some of the sub circles will be added to as time goes by.

The mother circle would be the name of a person or company and the sub circles would be things like contact info, how we met, things that are important to them, etc.

So what I’d really like to do is have the sub circles collapse to be out of view and only open when I need to add or read the specific information within each. That way I am only seeing the part that I a currently working on or needing without being distracted or confused by all the other information.

Things I have tried

I have created a purely text based version of the info but would luv to be able to put it in the circles. Hence why I’d like to install Excalidraw and know if it is even possible.

I’ve watched the videos on installing Excalidraw and it seems easy enough to do, but note of what I’ve seen show how to collapse info within the circles or if the circles can collapse into eachother either.

The reason I’d like to do this is that it is way, way easier for me to work with the information isolated than to look at a wall of text to find what I need without mixing the information up with that above or below it. Or in fact even when it is further down the page. I just like to be able to isolate things to focus. This is why I thought if I put the specific information in their own circle and then collapse that information untill I need it I can then create the hundreds of contacts I need and find the correct one at a glance because they will be visual. Maybe even icon/logo based.

I know that many people use spread sheets for this type of thing, but I hav always struggled with spreadsheets because of the wall of words, numbers and lines.

I truly hope this made sense, I dont’ know how to include a visual to make it easier. Hoping someone could help me figure this out.

Note: I haven’t downloaded excalidraw yet, I first wanted to know if it is even doable.
It seemed so in my pre-research decision to use Obsidian and Excalidraw.

Thank you to anyone who has read this far and especially to anyone who can help out.

Terms I searched in help were collapse and expand using obsician and excalidraw. Plus I read what came up alongside this post as I was typing.

Hi all again,
Apologies if the title of this post was confusing I should have made if clearer that it was a question not a how to. When I said I am a beginner, I really am a beginner, even in the sense that not sure how to post appropriately in a forum.
But in my search for an alternative I found something called drawio and have discovered that it is somehow connected to escalidraw.
Anyway, cut long story short, because there were a few people who did see the post but no answers, I figured maybe it’s something they might also want the answer to. So as I’m working on my diagram now (and it’s great), I also found these two links in google which link it both to Obsidian and Escalidraw.
Not sure why the Obsidian article didn’t appear as I was typing my question, (again probably my wording).

From the Obsidian Hub:
Discovered I can’t include the actual link, but these were the parts that you might use to find it in the hub.
Community, Expansions, Plugins drawio-obsidian

From YouTube:
Name of the video is: Drawio diagrams in Excalidraw - Obsidian

I haven’t watched any of them yet as am still working on my diagram, but when ready will def take a look to see if I can put it into Obsidian cause then I can link things up!

Hope that helps anyone who took the time to read my request and wanted to know themselves how to do this.
