Batch convert "New link format" relative -> absolute

I want all my links that generated with “Relative Path to File” to convert to “Absolute path in vault”

Things I have tried

  • manually changing links one by one

What I’m trying to do

  • convert all internal links inside my vault to “Absolute path in Vault”

thanks for the solution

One caveat for anyone who finds this, I had to switch all links to “Wiki Links” first then switch them all back to “Markdown Links” after I switched the “Absolute” setting
