Bases Views: does a filter in "All views" limit "This view"

What I’m trying to do

Apply a filter “This view” in the screenshot, but it returns nothing (there are files with video tag in my vault). But if I remove the “All views” filter, the “This view” filter for video tags returns correct results.

Does that mean that the “All views” actually limits (filters) the search scope used by “This view”?

Things in “All views” apply to all views.

So yeah, filters in “All view” are included when you’re in any of the views.
