Bases UI is broken by the Image Toolkit community plugin

Image Toolkit is breaking the UI of a Bases sheet/note.

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on: Image Tool community plugin + Bases core plugin
2. Create a Bases note/sheet
3. Click View → Layout → Try to choose any layout
4. See the bug
