Steps to reproduce
Open sandbox vault. Create new base. Observe issue with full width items touching the right edge (Plugins make…; Formatting; Adventurer).

Expected result
I expect there to be a slight spacing on the right side of any item that expands the full column width.
Resizing the column is not a fix, as this issue is related specifically to dynamic width columns. I want the padding of the item to be accounted for in the calculation of the width when columnSize: {}.
