Filter a base to contain notes that are located in Folders A, B, C and D. Then, from those notes, filter for notes that only have “Yes” selected under the LIST property, “Scope Docs Available?”
Things I have tried
See below the parameters I have set up. The first filter group seems to successfully retrieve the notes in the folders of interest. However, under the second filter group, I have tried various combinations for evaluators (e.g., is exactly, contains, etc.) and criteria (e.g., Yes, No), but nothing gets further filtered.
You have set Any of the following are true in the beginning. This applies also to the group you have created.
Set the first to All of the following are true, create a group for the folder conditions with Any of the following are true and keep the group that you already have. You may change is exactly to contains or it will only be true for list with one value which is Yes.
