Bases - date formats are different in table layout and cards layout

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a note with a date property and set a date.
2. Create a base and add this property as column (no formulas, just a property itself).
3. Create another view for this base with cards layout.
4. Compare how the date is shown in table layout and cards layout.

I tested it in restricted mode. I also tested it on Ubuntu and on Android with the same result.

Expected result

Dates in all layouts should be shown in the same format.

Actual result

Dates are shown in different formats. In my locale table layout use DD.MM.YYYY (which is the same format as the one shown in note properties) and cards layout seem to use D.M.YYYY instead.

My system language is Russian, byt if I change it into English, date formats are still different.
