Use case or problem
When using search for a file’s backlinks like this
the search results are not refreshed unless you change the query. So the only way to see an updated version of your query after changing one of these files is by manually removing a letter and adding it back in. In the normal search pane (opened via Search: Search in all files), the search updates automatically when something inside the file changes.
I think this is more relevant now that we can edit files via Hover Preview natively. When I remove a tag from a file by editing it via the Hover Preview, I would like to see that change reflected immediately in the search results of the backlink section.
Also since there is no other way to search all the files with backlinks to a particular file via the normal search, this feature cannot be found via another workflow as far as I can tell.
Proposed solution
I would like to have backlinks search also update automatically when something inside the file changes.
Current workaround (optional)
Add in one letter and and remove it again to refresh the search results manually.
