Backlink Core Plugin: Show unique note names if same note name appears more than once

Use case or problem

If I am checking the backlink section and see notes that are called the same, I want to be able to distinguish them.

Proposed solution

If in the backlinks section a note name appears more than once, then the name of the result item should expand as much as to be identifieable and as little as necessary.
