I use tags to mark concepts. Is there a way for new notes to automatically add ‘#’ in front of words that are already in my tag list? That would save me so much time…

As a workaround: Does anybody know a good way of exporting the complete tag list and use it to add them to an existing document somewhat automatically, maybe through find and replace?
