I can’t seem to get the markdown syntax to function even when in reading mode. The syntax isn’t replaced by the intended text formatting only in indented lines.
I have tried toggling community plugins (Minimal Theme Settings, Style Settings, and Text Format) but it still won’t work
How do I fix this?
You need to “unindent”. The indentation causes the lines to become code blocks.
Thank you. Do you know if there is a way to indent text without it becoming a code block? Like in Roam Research?
Block quotes indents, but changes formatting a little. To get that add > in front of the text.
Lists indent, but they add the bullet points in front…
Other than that, you need to use CSS, I think.
Indent by 3 or fewer spaces. Code block requires 4 spaces or 1 tab.
