I didn’t know Audio recording was working (lack of visual feedback), stopping it is clumsy (another menu press).
The only way to know the recording was working was the tiny orange dot. (see image).

The visual feedback the audio is recording should be IN document, I suggest an image close to what the final recorded image looks like (see above)
