Attachments doesn't work, overall UI glitches

Necessary Story

One day I launched Obsidian as usual. But I saw first screen where we need to create or choose vaults (I did not exit the vault last time). I thought that everything gone (I did not see recent vaults on the start-up page). But then I just entered my vault again.

After some time being in Obsidian, I started experience next things (images below):

• bullets • does not appear properly.
• overall UI glitches.
• cannot load attachments anymore (neither images, neither videos, neither files).

Steps to reproduce

I don’t know what was the actual reason, but I have potential thought:

Before that day when this all happened I wanted to insert video that was ≈120 MB.

Step by step:

1. I pressed Insert Attachment.
2. I found and selected 120MB video.
3. Obsidian seemed like wasn’t do anything.
4. After about 10 seconds it loaded video.

Some day after this event Obsidian bugged out.

Maybe Obsidian still process some videos/images in the background.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide?

Yes.
I turned on Restricted mode and went to default theme. I even tried to reinstall app.

I spent week trying to solve the issue.

This is very weird.
You have an older version of obsidian installed. Make sure to you also have an updated version of chrome webkit installed on android.

Glad to know that it’s not issue with Obsidian.

I just updated Chrome Browser and it started to work again as usual.

Lesson learned: never wipe Chrome Browser to older versions just in order to save memory.
