Are links to single cells or columns in tables possible?

What I’m trying to do

I’m using Obsidian for language learning. I have a file with example texts and a file with a table for vocabs and was trying to link from the texts in a way where it would open the specific vocab cell or column in the vocab table.

Things I have tried

I tried using block links to link to the specific cells or columns but realized that obsidian sees the whole table as one text block. I am not aware of a better approach to this problem.

So my question is, is there a different link type that lets me link to specific cells or columns or is there a way for cells or columns in table to be text blocks?

Create a file for each vocab word and feature it in the cells as [[vocab1]], etc.
Otherwise there is no way to anchor a single string or number of strings. Hence the term blockID - it refers to a block of text.
