Android version Unable to pinch zoom

Sorry I am new to Obsidian. Did a search on the forum and found some old posts but no resolution or how to fix it. Basically, I am unable to pinch zoom on the notes I created on my Android tablet.

Obsidian version is 1.9.12
Android version is 10 . Also have the same issue on another tablet running Android 5.1

Any help is appreciated.
