Alt text of external embed des not update

Steps to reproduce

  1. Insert an external embed with alt text.
    e.g. ![The original alt text](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FDIJ2jOUcAI8WaY?format=jpg&name=medium)

  2. Swith to Preview mode

  3. Switch back to Edit mode.

  4. Edit the alt text.
    e.g. ![New alt text](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FDIJ2jOUcAI8WaY?format=jpg&name=medium)

  5. Switch to Preview mode.

Expected result

The alt text should be updated to “New alt text”

Actual result

The alt text remains as the original.

Environment

  • Operating system: Ubuntu 21.04
  • Obsidian version: 0.12.19

Additional information

Changing to another document or restaring Obsidian forces the caption to update.
