Alphabetical order in settings everywhere

There are places where the settings/options are already in alphabetical order but not everywhere. Places like the editor options, Core plugins, to name a few. And the number of settings there is large and growing I think.

It is just for convenience I guess.

+1 this would be beneficial

  1. professional finish to the app
  2. easier to find things quickly (visual convenience and efficiency)
  3. consistency with alphabetization of the rest of the menu, e.g., Core and Community Plugins list are alphabetical
