like i think that one should be able to do this:

or one should be able to directly incorporate links into any text, for instance
[[#linkto|**list element**]] is better than **list element** [[#linkto|link]],
also there should be an option to disable the links being rendered in the link form (plain blue with understrike) while creating links
[[#linkto|\*\*list element\*\*|normalrender]] which would render the same as **list element**
