I use the vault mainly for claude cowork and it told me he couldn’t see the files and I have tried looking in the finder (i have mac), bins, past claude cowork chats but nothing, the strange thing that i had the obsidian vosual to white and it resetted, it truly looks like everything got deleted, i spent months on this, anyone knows what should i try besides cliche stuff?
is it possible that claude cowork deletes everything?
All notes in your vault are just files in a folder. They can be deleted like every other file. If Claude has the rights to delete files, I assume it can delete files.
Are you using obsidian sync? Files are stored for some time after deletion.
Always make backups of important files.
