The training itself is completely markdown based, the only thing that is using some css magic is the HIIT Clock itself. I’ve decided to sell my workout vault as proof of concept for people that would like to create there own workout plans in obsidian. Currently the vault contains more that 150 Exercises (Body Weight, THX Band and Resistance Band) with a 5xSplit plan that i update on a monthly bases (since it’s my workout plan that i use)
