Add option to paste image file from web browser instead of URL

Use case or problem

I am using macOS and Obsidian v0.12.3.

This is a natural need. I need to copy the image from web browser and paste it into my note. I do not need the url because usually someday in the future the url will be invalid.

Try Ctrl+Shift+V. It’s currently a bug that the two are reversed.
