Add new tabs last in the tab bar

Hello,

if you open several tabs with the middle mouse button or with Ctrl+left click, the next tab in the tab bar is always inserted next to the current one. In the browser (Google Chrome), the next tab is positioned last in the table bar.

I would like to adjust the behavior when opening new tabs in Obsidian so that it corresponds to the behavior in the browser.

Use case or problem

I wanted to use several notes as a template for several sub-items in another note and therefore opened them. I noticed that the behavior when opening new tabs differs from that in the web browser.
Rethinking requires cognitive resources and is not intuitive in combination with related applications.

Proposed solution

A checkbox in the Appearance menu where you can switch the order of inserting new tabs in the table bar.

Current workaround

None that would have been suggested here in the forum or on Reddit. I spent several hours looking for them yesterday.
You would have to create a community plugin. Apparently there used to be a similar one here GitHub - gitobsidiantutorial/obsidian-tabs: Plugin for tabbed obsidian browsing
However, this no longer seems to be actively developed and no longer works.
