Add commmands to open the themes and plugins store directly

Use case or problem

I’m new to Obsidian, and I and I imagine new users as well, like to open the plugin and theme store for new stuff often, and it’s cumbersome to navigate through the settings section over and over again to open the stores.

Proposed solution

Obsidian out of the box should have commands to open the theme store, and one for the plugin store, so they can be written in the command palette and or shortcuts could be added on to the app with a plugin like Commander.
