Use case or problem
When I implement the Zettelkasten Method in Obsidian. The notes could be messy to refer to when I try to utilize them in my writing. Currently, I’m putting the local graph view next to my writing. However, this method is not flexible enough.
Proposed solution
I think it’s handy to have some kinds of arrangement pane, which could be opened next to other notes. It should be empty by default and user could drag and drop their notes in the pane to form little “card”, which include the title and a preview of the content. Once the card was clicked, the card unfolds and shows the full content. My point is to make a place that we could stick our note cards on, just like we put our post-it notes on the wall in real life!
