Add an "exclude alias" list to prevent unwanted suggestions

Use case or problem

Alias’s can be quite common amonst certain text fields, adding the abbility to not match with a specific text group would improve match suggestion.

As an example, an alias of “Steve” would suggest matches for “Steves tools” which might better match to another note.

The filtering of “unlinked notes” would be improved by this ignore list
