It will be nice if it can add a shortcut to

  1. Change current Note to edit mode.
  2. Then, split current note in view mode as vertical tab.
  3. Then, link them together.

Or just add individual shortcut for step 2 and 3, then user can use third party program to create a Marco.

Except for 3., you can do this already - ctrl + “e” for toggling between edit and preview mode, and the settings let you define your own shortcuts for splitting vertically or horizontally!

You are right.

But I just realized that linking panels need to choose which panel to be linked, just adding a shortcut literally may not able to achieve it.
