I am getting lots and lots of action icons in my top ribbon. please see attached. what did i do wrong? these are not clickable. but I am getting more and more of them.
What do you mean by “top ribbon” ?

You could try to see if the issue disappears with Restricted mode turned On (in Settings > Community plugins) using Obsidian’s default theme and disabling all CSS snippets you might have.
ok I am on a pc. I have included a bigger pic. I will check on CSS, I dont think i have many though.
Does it happen in the sandbox vault? CTRL + P > Type sandbox
If not, it is a plugin, theme, or snippet issue.
If it does, let us know and include your debug info. CTRL + P > Debug > Copy and paste here.
