I’m trying to figure out my account, what I’m being charged, why. The account information seems inconsistent if not inexplicable. Please explain? It’s depressing when a company has been around this long and still refuses to provide an email for support.

What I’m trying to do

We do provide a email address for support: [email protected]

We do list it publicly in a few places but not everywhere,
as we don’t provide support related to the app itself.
