Accent-insensitive quick switcher lookup

Use case or problem

I have a note called Crêpes (French) and one called Práctica (Spanish). I want to quick switch to them with the Quick Switcher by typing cre and pra respectively, but as soon as the third letter is typed without an accent the results no longer include the wanted note.

Proposed solution

Make that search accent-insensitive.
