Ability to filter tags directly in the tag pane

Hello,

I use tags a lot and it would be incredibly useful to be able to filter tags directly in the tags pane. Currently, I have to scroll through a long list of tags to be able to select what I am looking for.

I added a quick mockup to demonstrate the idea.
