Use case or problem
When trying to layout a large canvas from a zoomed out view, it is not possible to hover over the edges of existing nodes to reveal the anchors to be dragged out for new connecting nodes.
Proposed solution
Allow these anchors to appear even when zoomed out so that new connecting nodes can be dragged out.
Current workaround (optional)
Zoom in then drag the anchor out all the way to the edge of the canvas view causing it to pan.
