I would like to see a very useful feature from the software Writemonkey called “repository”. What it does is pretty simple: when you select text, you press a keybind and it disapears, sending to the repository which is like a ghost file. Then with another keybind you can see the repository with all the stuff you’ve sent. Each file has its own repository.
So when editing a file, you can just remove blocks of text while keeping them somewhere close and when you need them again, a simple key press brings them back into view. It’s very handy for a lot of stuations.
