A Way for the Suggester to Suggest Existing Notes Only

What I’m trying to do

When options come up when I start typing [[, these include not just notes, but links I have. Some of these links are dead. I don’t want to see them suggested, at least, not always.

Things I have tried

There is a lot of stuff out there on how to find broken links etc. And I should be doing a better job of cleaning up these (still working on them!). But in the mean time, I just want suggestions of existing notes to avoid creating more dead links.
