A single note is causing my Obsidian instance to lag and eventually freeze

What I’m trying to do

I have a single note that causes my Obsidian app to lag and eventually freeze. I can’t figure out what in the note is causing this.

Things I have tried

I moved the note to the sandbox. The same issue occurs. I’ve attached the note below for anyone that wants to take a look. Any idea what the root cause could be?

Can you share your “Show Debug Info”? And since you tried in the Sandbox, the most pertinent info would be your OS, and your Obsidian version, and the Obsidian installer version.

How quickly does it lag and freeze? I’m testing in MacOS and not noticing anything yet.

The file seems fine on my end as well in the Sandbox vault on an older Windows device.

It freezes after about 90 seconds.

File does not lag or freeze on my Mac, even if I leave it for several minutes.

Noticed it has a number of no-break spaces throughout (sample in the screenshot below). Don’t think they should cause a problem, but does the linted version of the file attached also freeze?
