One of Obsidian’s most useful feature is to get a preview when hovering over a link. Do you know a Windows PDF reader including that feature ?
It would be such a time saver. Constantly going back and forth between document and footnotes or bibliography references can be really cumbersome, especially on Acrobat Reader where zoom level is reset each time.
I’ve only heard of Evince, but it’s on Linux.
