A 400kb file is showing to be completely blank, even though the file is there in the explorer

Also, obsidian used to randomly crash when I would edit the file. But now, it’s just blank. Completely.

Things I have tried

I have removed all the plugins except the git sync one, but its just not working.

Have you tried opening it in other text editors? Is it a valid .md file?
