2 Vaults, separate Sync, (1) iCloud, (2nd) Obsidian Sync

I currently have an Obsidian Vault working on desktop and iPad using Obsidian Sync.

I would like to setup a 2nd Vault on the Desktop connected to an iCloud folder and if successful, setup and use the 2nd iCloud Vault on the iPad.

Do I need to turn off the Obsidian Sync plugin on the Desktop app to accomplish and use this?
