11.5 is playing havoc with my themes. When I loaded and opened a note I saw this.
When the document name is vertically displayed it pushes all the document text to a point below it and so the longer the title the less text you can see. Some of my notes have long titles and so I can see no text. I have played around with this and this is what seems to be happening. When the title is displayed horizontally at the top the problem does not occur.
