0.9.7: Resized image size is not absolute

Operating system: Windows
Obsidian version: 0.9.7 (did not check for previous versions)
Reported: The image size is dependent on the size of the preview window, and scaling the window also scales the image.

Reproduce by:

Yes, this is a design decision. This happens with unresized images as well.
